Profile matching - our speciality

Did you know that City Timber can profile match almost any weatherboard or skirting board out there? We stock a great range, but there are so many different variations out there that we can’t stock them all. Instead we can manufacture to order, with no minimum quantity.

Here are some example of recent jobs we've done.

John

John had a client whose home was clad in cedar bevelback weatherboards that had a circular sawn pattern on the face. We were able to match both the profile and the sawn pattern and provide 180m with a four week turnaround.

Jackson, Butterfly Builds

Jackson needed some very specific sizes of rimu boards - 77x15m and 93x15mm. With our onsite table saw and planer/thicknesser we were able to quickly dimension some larger boards to Jackson’s exact requirements.

Jay

Jay needed 4m of rimu skirting with a splayed top. Smaller orders like this (and potentially up to 50m) can often be turned around within a few days. Boom!

Corey

Corey’s project required some extra-thick weatherboards to match the existing ones. We worked with Corey to determine the best approach to meet his needs while keeping the cost under control.
