What we do

How an online timber shop works

  • Choose the species you want, select your thicknesses (and widths where we offer them), specify your lengths and machining requirements.

    Not sure what you want yet? No worries, submit your best guess and let us know that you need help deciding. We’ll be in touch!

    We don’t take payment yet, which makes it easier to change things if you need to.

  • We’ll review your order and contact you if we need to clarify anything.

    We’ll then send you an invoice which you can pay by online banking. If you’re picking up in Wellington you can pay on collection, though we may require a deposit for some orders.

  • We ship to each pickup point once a month, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready to collect.

    If you’re in Wellington you can pick up at any time (subject to item availability).

    If there is no pickup point near you we can ship direct, at an additional cost.
